Returns and Exchanges

Regular Priced Merchandise

Regular-priced merchandise purchased on is eligible for return or exchange within 14 days of the order’s delivery date. Items must not be worn, altered or washed and must be accompanied by original tags and packaging. Footwear must be returned with the original box in its original condition, without Post labels.

Items that do meet these requirements will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer.

Sale Merchandise

Sale and discounted items purchased on can be exchanged or returned for merchandise credit within 14 days of the order’s delivery date. To exchange or return items for a merchandise credit, please contact us at


The following items are not eligible for return: intimates (including bras), earrings, apothecary, cosmetics and swimwear.


All returns and exchanges must be authorized by Smoke + Ash. Please email us at for a return authorization number prior to returning an item. The return authorization request must include the invoice number and specific items to be returned. The return authorization number must be clearly written on the outside of the package.

Please ensure that returns are shipped via a pre-paid service that provides a tracking number and insurance, as we do not accept responsibility for return shipping fees (including any duties or customs brokerage).

We are not responsible for lost or delayed packages. Original shipping fees are not refundable. The balance will be credited to the same credit card account with which the original purchase was made within 5 days of receipt of the return.

Please allow up to two billing cycles for the refund to appear on your credit card statement.
